Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

2. What Data Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data:

• Your account and profile information
• Your vehicle listings and associated images
• Chat messages and conversations
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)

3. Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

4. What We Retain

For legal compliance and fraud prevention, we may retain anonymized, non-identifiable logs and aggregated analytics data. This data cannot be linked back to your identity.

5. Self-Service Deletion

If you are logged in, you can delete your account directly from your Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately initiate the same deletion process described above.
