3. Sharing When You Contact a Seller
When you start a chat or leave your contact details to reach a seller, the name and contact information you provide (such as your email or phone number) are shared with that seller so they can respond to you. Our administrators and support staff may also access chat conversations and the contact details you submit in order to facilitate communication, provide support, prevent fraud, and moderate the platform. We share this information only for these purposes and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including hashed passwords, secure session management, and regular security audits.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are only set with your explicit consent via the cookie consent banner.

We use Firebase for authentication, cloud storage for images, and an external AI service to assist with chat responses. When the AI assistant is enabled, the messages you send and relevant conversation history may be processed by that service to generate a response. Depending on the provider, processing may take place in another country and the provider may retain that data for its configured service period. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your vehicle inquiry. These services operate under their own privacy and data-processing terms.
