In ideal condition. All services typically required for an Audi every 100,000 km have been recently completed. Replaced: diaphragm, water pipes, radiator, all oil seals, all gaskets, oil separator, all 4 timing chains with their tensioners, spark plugs, and filters using genuine parts.
